Hannah Holmes

People Director

Hannah joined IDR in July 2023. Hannah has worked in various industries in senior HR positions supporting founders and business leaders.

As IDR’s People Director, Hannah is responsible for the design and delivery of the global IDR people strategy. Hannah will be supporting our leadership team to create a values led people experience for any existing or future talent who becomes part of #IDRTeam. Along with IDR’s global people team, Hannah will develop the infrastructure and experiences that our IDR team utilise every day to enable individual, team and business success.

Hannah holds an CIPD L7 Certificate in Strategic HR Management, a L7 ILM diploma in Executive Coaching and is a Fellow of the ILM. Hannah is currently on the roadmap MBA and enjoys adventures in nature and spending time with her family and friends.
