Tim Andrews

Tim is the CEO and Founder of IDR. He is responsible for company strategy, culture and stakeholder relationships – stemming from IDR’s core vision to be the trusted hub of the private markets. Tim sets the tone for the business and is passionate about how the company’s vision is revolutionising private markets.

Tim has dedicated his career to developing people and technology in response to regulatory change within the private markets. After developing the core system of fund administrator, Ipes, now part of Apex Group, Tim created one of the first AIF Depositary businesses to be licensed in Europe before creating IDR which he then spun out of Apex in 2020.

When he’s not working he’s running or cycling along Guernsey’s scenic cliffs.
