Team Lead - Fund Closing

Milann started his career in the legal industry in South Africa, qualifying and practising as an Attorney and Property Conveyancer. Desiring to further his knowledge in the corporate field, he joined a leading fund administrator and worked in the CoSec and Client Services department.

He joined IDR in 2022 as one of the first employees of the Cape Town office. As Fund Closing Team Lead he is responsible for ensuring all fund launches are successful and that the KYC for investors are cleared prior to the close date.

Milann has a LLB Degree from the University of Stellenbosch as well as a Postgraduate Certificate in Compliance Management from the University of Cape Town. In his off time, he enjoys all different types of running, cycling, hiking and exercising, as well as spending time with his family, friends and 2 pugs.
