Connor began his career with IDR in 2016 and has progressed rapidly within the business gaining experience across a range of functions including KYC, Fund Closing and Product before bringing his breadth and depth of knowledge of IDR’s operational capability and client requirements to bear in our Client Success Team.

As Client Success Manager, Connor acts as a principal point of contact for clients, handling escalations and identifying opportunities for focused training on our systems and processes as well as continually improving service delivery.

Connor holds a Prince 2 Foundation and Practitioner Certificate in Project Management. Outside of work, he enjoys motorcycle riding, yacht racing, and spending time with friends.
