Chantelle de Jongh

Head of Operations

Chantelle de Jongh has over a decade of combined experience in both the legal and financial services industries. She holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of the North West and is an Admitted Attorney in the High Court of South Africa. She joined IDR in 2022, following a successful career as a practising Admitted Attorney.

As Head of Operations Chantelle is responsible for ensuring that we deliver the highest standards of service for our clients through inspiring our team and driving ongoing improvements to our processes and technology.

When Chantelle is not working she enjoys the outdoors hiking, horseback riding and spending time with family and friends, balancing her professional and personal life.
